Three Nailed Perch was founded by Anastasia Kalenchenko in 2022.
With over four years of experience in interior design and a strong portfolio of completed projects, she creates spaces that are both visually striking and highly functional. Each project is guided by the belief that interiors should reflect the personality and story of those who live in them.
She works closely with clients to ensure every detail aligns with their vision, delivering results that are thoughtful, cohesive, and tailored to their needs—whether it’s a subtle refresh or a complete transformation.

Our Process
We start with a deep understanding of you— your way of living, and the potential within the property.
We shape a clear design direction, guiding each project seamlessly from concept through to execution. Communicate our view through design boards, technical drawing packages, and visualisations.
We specify all materials, fabrics, and finishes, work with a network of artisans, antique dealers and craftspeople to deliver each scheme authenticity.
Our approach remains flexible and adaptable. We collaborate closely with client’s architects, and main contractors to refine and strengthen the overall design at every stage.
The result is a space that is both beautiful and purposeful—thoughtfully composed, highly functional, and enduring in its appeal.
Anastasia Kalenchenko
Anastasia is an artist and interior designer. Art has always been a central part of her life, and she brings that influence into every interior she creates.
She studied at an art school as a child and later pursued Art at college in Russia, before continuing her education in Contemporary Art and Design in the UK. This journey provided her with a strong foundation in artistic principles and creative expression, which went on to support her career in interior design.
Alongside her studies, she remained involved in interior design. Over the past four years, she has dedicated herself fully to developing her business in an industry she truly loves.
She combines technical precision with strong visual and spatial design skills, while continuously developing her own whimsical, expressive style. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for layered interiors, blending antiques with unique, and often creates original art pieces as part as her design work.
Her approach is a fusion of contemporary and antique, where Europe meets Asia, colours meet lights, shapes and forms. All of it swirls through the space in a seamless, ever-evolving dance. Art exists all around us. It lives in everything: furniture, textiles, doorknobs or even a jacket’s buttons: we only need to see it. Within the right architectural framework—like the perfect frame for a painting—we have an opportunity to shape beauty into our everyday lives.
